<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas adsorption/desorption apparatus wherein a continuous adsorption/desorption system using a rotary adsorbent is adopted as a method for desorbing the adsorbed organic solvent component by heating the adsorbent without bringing steam into direct contact with the adsorbent and whereby the oxygen gas concentration in a regeneration gas region can be kept sufficiently lower than the critical oxygen concentration, and the adsorption/desorption can be efficiently performed. <P>SOLUTION: The gas adsorption/desorption apparatus is one adapted so that an adsorbent 1 may continuously or intermittently pass a raw gas adsorption region 11, a first re-adsorption region 14, and a second re-adsorption region 13 in the given order and comprising feeding a raw gas containing an organic solvent into the raw gas adsorption region 11 to allow the adsorbent to adsorb the organic solvent and introducing the gas desorbed from the adsorbent 1 in the first regeneration region 12 into a condenser 8 to recover the organic solvent contained in the desorbed gas, wherein a recirculation gas pathway in which the gas discharge side of the re-adsorption region 14 is connected to the second regeneration region 13, and the gas discharge side of the second regeneration region is connected to the re-adsorption region 14 is formed, and nitrogen is introduced into the desorbed gas line of the first regeneration region 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
