PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for mixing and granulating powder/liquid, which are versatile, by which the powder and the liquid can be continuously mixed and granulated with a good yield of granulated products, which are suitable for mass production with reduced manufacturing cost, and which are simple and convenient in operation and handling. SOLUTION: The powder is fed dispersedly from a powder feeding opening provided in the outer peripheral part of a spray nozzle so as to surround the sprayed liquid, and further, air is supplied from an air supply nozzle provided in the outer peripheral part of the powder feeding nozzle so as to form a shielding air film for avoiding scatter of the dispersedly fed powder. With the air formed as described above, the powder and the liquid are continuously mixed and brought into mutual contact with each other to form granulated bodies, and at the same time, a rotary mixing/stirring disk is continuously rotated at the bottom part of a mixing and granulating chamber and the pressure in the air is reduced to a negative pressure to generate a swirl so that the formation of the mixed granulated bodies is promoted and the mixed granulated bodies are sheared or mixedly stirred to form and discharge uniform granular bodies continuously.
