PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer capable of sufficiently mixing an object to be mixed. SOLUTION: The mixer is provided with: a cylindrical housing vessel for housing the material to be agitated inside; a revolutionary body whose periphery is supported so that the revolutionary body can be rotated freely in the center of the housing vessel; a first shaft hung from the revolutionary body at the position eccentric to the center of revolution of the revolutionary body; an internal gear to be meshed with a first gear formed at the upper end of the first shaft; a rotary blade fit to the lower end of the first shaft; a primary shaft which is hung from the center of revolution of the revolutionary body and is rotationally driven by a drive motor; the first gear which is meshed with a gear formed at the lower end of the primary shaft and fixed on the first shaft; a hollow secondary shaft supported freely rotatably on the outer periphery of the primary shaft; a second drive motor for rotationally driving the secondary shaft; a second shaft which is rotationally driven by the secondary shaft and arranged on the revolutionary body freely rotatably; and a rotary vane to be rotationally driven by the second shaft. Since the rotary blade is rotated and revolved by the drive motor and the rotary vane is rotated and revolved by the second drive motor, the object to be mixed can be sufficiently agitated.
