PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting structure of a seat pad for a chair having functionality of easily adjusting the front/rear relative position of the seat pad by just performing a simple operation. SOLUTION: This seat pad for the chair is so constituted that a carrier part 11 is provided with an adjustment unit 4 comprising a positioning member 3 and a slide frame 2 slidably engaged with both sides of the positioning member, the positioning member 3 is connected to the carrier part 11 and the slide frame 2 is connected to the seat pad.
