The play vehicle is propelled with an electric motor which cooperates over a first gear wheel at a drive shaft with second wheels having a half axle connected gear wheels. The distance (As) between the drive shaft is changeable (12) by the electric motor (10) and the half axle (11) employs different gear wheels (13), such as different speed ratios. The half axle is separated from bearings (15, 16), by the change of the distance (As) between drive shaft and half axle.
