PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable treatment tool plug for an endoscope, which is allowed to be changed into a treatment tool insertion passage according to the dimension of the outside diameter of the treatment tool without breaking a plug body and eliminates erroneous breakage of the plug body when changing the treatment device insertion passage. SOLUTION: This treatment tool plug for the endoscope is provided with a plug frame 8 having a treatment tool insertion hole 13, a locking part 19 fitted to a channel opening 6, a knob part 14 held when removed from the channel opening 6, and a cut groove 15 broken by the operation of the knob part 14; a first plug body 9 formed with a first treatment tool insertion passage 11 and installed in the internal circumference part of the plug frame 8 to face the channel opening 6; and a second plug body 10 formed with a second treatment tool insertion passage 25 and detachably installed in the treatment insert hole 13 of the plug frame 8.
