PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize influence on a collision object by making reaction force acted on the collision object substantially uniform, even when the collision object collides at any position in a vehicular width direction. SOLUTION: An under protector main body 22 of a vehicular under protector device 10 is divided into a plurality of protector bars 26. Tip end portions of a supporting arm 30 rockably supported around an attaching bolt 52 are fixed at both end portions of each protector bar 26. On cam portions 64 of a pair of supporting arms 30 adjacent to each other at a divided position, an end portion of the guide member 56 pressed and energized by the same compression coil spring 58 abuts so as to be across both cam portions 64. Therefore, in both cases that a collision object collides against a non-divided position of the under protector body 22 and that the collision object collides astride the divided positions, the same reaction force is applied to the collision object.
