PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission device advantageous for reducing the colliding noises of mechanical elements during automatic shift. SOLUTION: The automatic transmission device comprises a power source 30 having a power actuator 31, a power actuator for actuating a change in gear ratio, and a power transmission mechanism 33 having an intermediate actuator arranged between the power actuator and the power actuator 31 of the power source 30. Automatic shaft is carried out by transmitting the driving force of the power actuator 31 of the power source 30 via the intermediate actuator of the power transmission mechanism 33 to a shift actuator. An operation speed reducing mean is provided for executing operation speed reducing processing for reducing the operation speed of the power actuator 31 of the power source 30 right before at least one of the power actuator 31 of the power source 30 and the intermediate actuator of the power transmission mechanism 33 collides with the other member.
