PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible substrate, having the function capable of protecting electronic equipment from damages caused by electrostatic, transient voltage, or the like, and to provide a receptacle which includes it. SOLUTION: The flexible substrate for inter-terminals protection to which a first protective element 51 is provided has a first and a second connecting part 61, 62 connected to a first and a second terminal VBUS, and GND; a first wiring pattern 71 for connecting one end of the first connecting part 61 and the first protective element 51; and a second wiring pattern 72 for connecting the other end of the second connecting part 62 and the first protective element 51.
