PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify whether cooperation processing can be carried out not only currently but also in the future before execution of service cooperation processing on a network. SOLUTION: A composite machine 10 directs verification of operation conditions of composite machines 20, 40, and 50 serving as devices described in an instruction to a management server 70 when execution of the instruction is instructed via operation by a user. The management server 70 verifies whether respective services described in the instruction are operated currently or not. If there is a service not operated currently, the management server 70 verifies whether the service is operated by a service processing start time or not. Then, the management server 70 notifies the composite machine 10 of the verification result. The composite machine 10 executes the service cooperation processing described in the instruction when all the services written in the instruction are operated currently or if they are planed to be operated when the service processing start time.
