SOLUTION: This service control program makes a service processing condition measurement part 11, which measures a service processing condition when a service is carried out in a server device 10 processing the service in receipt of a request from a client 20, a parallel processable number setting part 12, which performs change and the like of the parallel processable number of the service based on a predetermined standard according to the measured processing condition, a parallel processing number detection part 13, which detects a parallel processing number of the service with respect to the request from the client 20, and a service processing number control part 14, which determines whether the detected parallel processing number is below the changed parallel processable number or not and performs control for processing the service to the request when the detected parallel number is below the changed parallel processable number, exerts respective functions.
