<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color printer realizing the prevention of faulty conveyance and faulty ejection of paper and realizing miniaturization by preventing dead space from being formed between an intermediate transfer belt and a paper ejection part, and made excellent in the maintainability of internal component parts/devices and units. <P>SOLUTION: The paper P is conveyed to pass through a secondary transfer position and a fixing position in a fixing device 30 in an upward direction, and at least a part of the paper receiving surface 42 of an ejection stack part 40 is formed as an inclined surface which is inclined downward as it comes close to an ejection port 41 side and whose lowermost end is lower than the ejection port 41, and the intermediate transfer belt 10 is stretched and laid so that its upper stretched and laid part may be inclined and extended along the paper receiving surface 42 of the stack part 40.
