PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the drop of effective torque by the difference of the number of turns of winding of each phase of a claw pole type motor. SOLUTION: A stator 19 of the three-phase claw pole type motor M is constituted by stacking the first to third stators 19A-19C in axial direction, and for the first stator 19A, a U-phase tooth 31b, a V-phase tooth 32b, and a W-phase tooth 33b are arranged in order in its axial direction, and for the second stator 19B, a W-phase tooth 33B, a U-phase tooth 31b, and a V-phase tooth 32b are arranged in order in its axial direction, and for the third stator 19C, a V-phase tooth 32b, a W-phase tooth 33b, and a U tooth 31b are arranged in order in its axial direction. Hereby, the number of coils 34, 34A, 34B; 35, 35A, 35B; 36, 36A, 36B of U phase, V phase and W phase are accorded with one another so as to remove the difference of inductances and equalize each phase of currents, and thus effective torque can be raised.
