PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distillation column to prevent the clogging of a filter in the case of extracting the column bottom liquor of the distillation column with a pump through the filter and consequently stabilize the flow rate of the column bottom liquor extracted from the bottom to a path with time and stably keep the distillation column in good functioning state. SOLUTION: A reboiler 8 heated with steam S is placed under a distillation column such as a refinery column 7, a liquor-extraction pipe 9 is connected to the bottom of the reboiler 8 forming a liquor reservoir, a pump 11 is connected to the liquor extraction pipe 9 through a filter (strainer) 10 and the column bottom liquor is extracted and sent to the subsequent step. There is little insoluble solid polymer to cause the clogging of the mesh of the filter 10 in the extraction pipe 9 and, accordingly, the flow rate of the pump 11 is stabilized to stabilize the function of the distillation column 7.
