PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor belt for chiefly conveying object(s) to be inspected to the inspection region of a visual inspection device, capable of placing the object stably while keeping the space of the conveyance surfaces pinching a suction groove constant and allowing easy maintenance even if the size of the object varies. SOLUTION: The transport belt has the suction groove formed in the center of the section perpendicular to the conveyance direction to a depth approximately one half of the belt thickness, and is structured so that a suction hole for attracting the object by sucking the air is provided in the bottom surface of the suction groove. For preventing the dust from entraining in the gap between the object and the conveyance surface during conveying, the section perpendicular to the conveyance direction is tapered in the direction in which the belt thickness decreases from the center of the conveyance surface whereon the object is placed to outside on both sides of the conveyance surface.
