PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for thermal treatment which can be manufactured in a simpler manufacturing process realizing higher yield, and does not generate deformation such as crack and warpage in use.

SOLUTION: This tray for thermal treatment is constituted of a ceramic base body of a plate-like shape equipped with one or more pockets for accommodating workpieces and also with notches.
