PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone receiver and a telephone server receiving call termination transfer at an arbitrary place or timing. SOLUTION: When a user A moves to the house of user C and sets an own memory card 200 in the IP telephone 100 in the house of user C, telephone device data (information concerning the IP telephone in the house of user A) in the memory card 200 is read out and transfer information from a source, i.e. the IP telephone in the house of user A, to a destination, i.e. the IP telephone in the house of user C, is created and registered in a telephone server and the IP telephone 100 in the house of user A. When the house of user A is called subsequently from the house of user B, call control data with a transfer request to a destination, i.e. the house of user C, is returned from the IP telephone 100 in the house of user A to the IP telephone 100 in the house of user B. Upon receiving the control data, the IP telephone 100 in the house of user B creates call control data from a source, i.e. the house of user C, and transmits it toward the IP telephone 100 in the house of user C.
