FIELD: medicine, cardiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should perform echocardiography to detect the following values: the weight of left ventricular myocardium, the weight index of left ventricular myocardium and volume - weight index. According to the values of measured parameters one should diagnose pain-free myocardial ischemia or its combination with stenocardia. The method is simple, convenient and provides opportunity for earlier diagnostics. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
