PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact mechanism movement transmitting device which transfers power to a mechanism movement section, which is in a non-contact state by a support tool, without employing a linkage such as a belt. SOLUTION: In the non-contact mechanism movement transmitting device, a magnetic substance and a non-magnetic substance, which are different in polarity, are prepared in arbitrary positions of a rotor mounted on a power unit, the magnetic substance and the non-magnetic substance, which are different in polarity, are also attached to an action element with the fulcrum of the mechanism movement section which is in a non-contact state for the magnetic rotor by the support tool, a power transmitting place, and an action point repeats magnetism absorption and impact resilience by rotating the rotor attached to the power unit to perform complicated power transmitting in a non-contact point.
