PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately stop a rotating plate at a set stop position. SOLUTION: In this garbage collecting vehicle 1 for scraping garbage thrown into a garbage box 3 to the set stop position SP with a conveyor panel 6 to be rotated by a hydraulic device and for pushing the garbage into a garbage housing box 2 with a ram panel 2 provided freely to swing, a rotary encoder 13 for detecting rotating position of the conveyor panel 6 is provided, and the hydraulic device is controlled to stop the conveyor panel 6 at the set stop position SP on the basis of the rotating position detected by the rotary encoder 13.
