PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom sealed type packaging bag having a highly rigid bottom, which is stable, has a good appearance, and can be put in a vertical position. SOLUTION: In the bottom sealed type packaging bag 1 designed so as to store food in a bag body 2 formed so as to be opened at the top and closed at the bottom, both sides of a surface material 3 and a rear material 4 are joined together via side gussets 5, and the lower parts of the surface material 3 and the rear material 4 are joined together. In addition, the surface parts 5a and the rear parts 5b of the lower parts of the side gussets 5 are joined between the surface material 3 and the rear material 4 so as to be integrated with a bottom seal 34.
