MICROANTENNA, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microminiature and lightweight antenna (microantenna) which has performance appropriate for transmitting/receiving radio waves of GHz bands, has a simplified structure and reduced manufacture costs. SOLUTION: One end of a parasitic antenna element 1 summarily in the shape of slender plate is grounded and the other end is confronted to an exciter to form an electrostatic coupling capacitor 3. The parasitic antenna element may also have a meander line form (code 1M) or helical form (code 1H). The exciter may also have a helical form (code 1H) or meander line form (2M). The parasitic antenna element is installed in parallel with a "plane whereon a ground board 6 is present" however is not opposite to (does not face) the substance of the ground board 6.
