PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a stator winding protection cover by setting the outer peripheral height of a peripheral wall of a ring-shaped insulating cap to be larger than the height the winding of stator winding. SOLUTION: This resolver stator structure has a constitution wherein, when winding a stator winding part 5 on a ring-shaped stator 1 via the second ring-shaped insulating caps 3, 4, by making the peripheral height 7H of the peripheral wall 7 of each ring-shaped insulating cap 3, 4 to be set larger than that of the winding height 5H, the stator winding part 5 is protected without using the stator winding protecting cover.
