PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine with an antenna device mounted therein for matching the radiation direction of radio waves from radio equipment which is provided to the construction machine, and the reception direction of radio waves from radio equipment which is provided in a remote control room, in accordance with the difference of heights of the construction machine and the remote control room, and a wireless remote control system for the construction machine. SOLUTION: A construction machine 10 comprises imaging means 11a, 11b for imaging the situation of work and a mm wave radio transmitter 13 for transmitting imaging signals output from the imaging means 11a, 11b, to a remote control room 20. As an antenna device 1 of the mm wave radio transmitter 13, an omni-antenna having transmission/reception characteristics of non-directivity in a horizontal direction is provided and a radiation direction change means is provided for changing upward or downward the radiation direction of radio waves from the omni-antenna, thereby improving the work efficiency of remote control on a working site having a height difference.
