<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice molding device intended for improving working efficiency in washing and exchanging rollers through enabling easily in a short time attaching and detaching a protective cover to/from a cooked rice supplying mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: This cooked rice molding device P has the protective cover 11 covering the front opening part of the cooked rice supplying mechanism R in an attachable/detachable manner by a fixing means 21. The fixing means 21 is formed by projectedly disposing engaging projections 21A on both the right and left sides of the protective cover 11, and at the same time, arranging on both the right and left sides of the cooked rice supplying mechanism R rotary engaging parts 21B engaging the engaging projections through engaging the engaging projections 21A in groove parts 21D formed on a rotatable reel part 21C and rotating the reel part 21C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
