PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition which is suited in removing staining formed by an organic substance and a hard salt, particularly urinary stone staining. SOLUTION: The detergent composition is constituted by comprising an acidic protease and a surface active agent which is charged with a cationic charge under acidic conditions. The acidic protease is preferably aspartic protease, and the surface active agent which is charged with a cationic charge under acidic conditions is preferably a cationic surface active agent.
