<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a single IC card among a plurality of service provider agents by providing a mechanism for securely managing information for every agent on a memory area. <P>SOLUTION: Service provider agent-based file systems are assigned onto a single memory area, and a single information storage medium is shared by a plurality of agents. The memory area is divided to the file systems. The boundary between the file systems functions as a fire wall to suitably eliminate an illicit intrusion.
