<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent hood facilitating complicated procedure/treatment by an endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: A cap part 1 of the cut transparent hood is formed with two inclined holes 4 and 5, one 4 is used as an injection hole for wash water, the other 5 has a metal wire to be an electrocautery or a knife 8 passed in its inside, and the length of an edge is made variable by a handle. The electrocautery or the knife 8 is fixed to the cap part 1 by a fixing part 9, a cap rotation part 2 has a structure of rotating the cap part 1 and covers the tip of the endoscope, and two tubes are fixed to an endoscope body with a tape. The two tubes are externally attached to the endoscope body so that incision/peeling operation and washing can be executed without using a forceps hole for the endoscope. The forceps hole of the endoscope body is thus dedicatedly used for other procedure/treatment appliances so as to execute the complicated procedure/treatment actions simultaneously with the washing action. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
