FIELD: agriculture, in particular, determining of characteristics of populations of ear inhabiting microorganisms. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying population of epiphytic microflora onto cut and herbarized cereal ears positioned on rigid base, with natural spatial orientation of ears being kept; selecting part of ears for performing microbiological analysis with the use of standard procedures for determining microflora population characteristics. ^ EFFECT: provision for determining precise characteristics of population of epiphytic microflora living in natural conditions. |
