<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type water heater provided with a means for melting frost adhering to an air side heat exchanger without stopping at least hot water supply operation in a cold environment in regard to a heat pump type water heater of a hot water supply/air conditioning parallel operation type. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump type water heater comprises a first refrigerant circuit connecting a first compressor 1, a four way selector valve 2, a water side heat exchanger 3 for hot water supply, a motor operated expansion valve 4, a heat exchanger 5 for air conditioning, a motor operated expansion valve 6, an air side heat exchanger 7, the four way selector valve 2, and the first compressor 1 in this order, a second refrigerant circuit connecting a second compressor 11, a four way selector valve 12, the water side heat exchanger 3 for hot water supply, a motor operated expansion valve 14, the heat exchanger 5 for air conditioning, a motor operated expansion valve 16, an air side heat exchanger 17, the four way selector valve 12, and the second compressor 11 in this order, an air conditioning circuit including a pump 60 pressurizing circulation water, the heat exchanger 5 for air conditioning, and an indoor heat exchanger 61 for air conditioning, and a hot water supply circuit including a path supplying water to the water side heat exchanger 3 for hot water supply, and a two way valve 53 mixing hot water heated by the heat exchanger 3 with the supplied water, and adjusting a tapping temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
