<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an employee in a store such as a supermarket to check goods out of or close to their pull date without requiring labor in conducting goods control. <P>SOLUTION: On the goods 400-i, RFID tags 200-i memorizing pull dates are respectively attached. In a tag reading device 100 carried by an employee, a withdrawal goods reference date to determine if the goods are to be withdrawn or not from a goods shelf 500 due to the pull date, and a moving goods reference date to determine if the goods are to be moved or not to a front row in the goods shelf 500 because the pull date is close, even though they are not to be withdrawn. By putting the tag reading device 100 over the tag 200-i on one item of goods, the pull date on the tag 200-i is read, it is compared with the goods withdrawal reference date and the goods moving reference date.
