PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating illumination eliminating erroneous operation in power supply to illumination elements on the rotating side and having a reduced number of components/cost in assembling required for a power supply path to the illumination elements. SOLUTION: In the rotating illumination 1, a rotary body 2 pivoted on both sides in a direction of the rotation axis is rotated by applying rotational force from one side thereof, the illumination elements 3A-3L (3F-3L are not shown in Fig.) provided on the periphery is supplied with power to be lit for illumination. The power supply to the illumination elements provided at the rotary body 2 is carried out by power generated by a power generation motor 8 rotating with the rotary body 2, and power to the illumination elements is fed from the same rotating side as the illumination elements. Thus, the power supply path between a stationary side and the rotating side is eliminated, generation of noise caused by the power supply path is prevented, and the number of components and man-hour are reduced.
