<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery composed by interlaying a polymer electrolyte membrane having large irregularity on a surface, extremely stereoscopic and having a large surface area in applying a solid electrolyte to the battery; and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In a secondary battery provided with an oxide containing lithium in a positive electrode, a substance capable of doping/dedoping lithium in a negative electrode, and an electrolyte containing a lithium salt, this nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is so structured that the polymer electrolyte membrane containing the lithium salt is interlaid between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; and the polymer electrolyte membrane has a minute projection group formed by plastic working on one surface or both surfaces thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
