PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic transducer capable of reproducing an audio signal with a narrow band and preventing a sound pressure from being decreased. SOLUTION: A buffer member 3 disposed between a permanent magnet plate 1 and a vibrating membrane 2 is configured by forming it with a soft polyurethane foam configured only with a skeleton organization of a three-dimensional structure. Since the band reproducible by the vibrating membrane 2 can be extended, the vibrating membrane 2 can reproduce the audio signal with a lower band.
