PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid capable of sufficiently providing sliding prevention effect and also manufacturable at a low cost. SOLUTION: This lid 1 is formed of a metal to close an opening. A plurality of line-shaped fitting grooves 7 are formed in the upper surface of the lid at specified intervals. Resin slipping prevention members 9 are fitted into the fitting grooves 7. Also, the lid 1 is formed of a plurality of structural angles 3 adjacent to each other. Each of the structural angles 3 comprises a fitting part 15 formed on one of the adjacent side faces thereof and a fitted part 17 formed on the other of the adjacent side faces. The fitting part 15 formed on one of the sides face of the structural angle 3 is fitted to the fitted part 17 of the adjacent structural angle 3 to connect the structural angles 3 to each other, and the fitting grooves 7 for the prevention members 9 are formed in each structural angle 3.
