PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately apply a tapping-working one by one to a blank having been hole-formed by heading in at least same timing as heading movement in a step following the heading step. SOLUTION: At the poststage side of a hole forming step 3 for applying piercing in a multistage type heading forming machine, a shared die 7 for holding the blank D formed with a hollow hole part D1 is provided at the machine table 1 side, and at the corresponding ram 4 side, a tap-holder 15 provided with a rotationally driving shaft 14 having a tap 13 for applying the tapping-working to the hollow hole part D1 of the blank D, are arranged. Further, a servo-motor 16 for rotating the rotationally riving shaft 14 in the regular direction where the tapping-working is performed at the advancing time of the ram 4, and rotating the shaft in the reverse direction at the retreating time of the ram 4, is arranged and thus, the tapping-working S5 for completing the formation of female screw N1 with the tap 13 at the almost same timing as the heading movement with the servo-motor 16, is provided.
