SPEAKER MANAGEMENT INFORMATION ACQUISITION METHOD IN ACOUSTIC SYSTEM, ACOUSTIC SYSTEM, SERVER, AND SPEAKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the number of speakers and give an identifier to each speaker in an acoustic system composed of a plurality of speakers and a server for feeding the speakers with speaker signals over a common transmission line to the speakers.

SOLUTION: A server inquires of a plurality of speakers over a common transmission line to the speakers and repeats a process of reporting an identifier to each speaker which has sent back an answer signal corresponding to the inquiry, thus giving identifiers to all the speakers and recognizing the number of a plurality of speakers.
