<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low molecular weight modified heparin useful in a regenerative medical field, a composition for tissue regeneration promotion containing the same as an effective component, a method of manufacturing and method of using the composition, and a scaffold for regenerative medicine of growth factor-bonded low molecular weight modified heparin. <P>SOLUTION: The low molecular weight modified heparin is disclosed which holds bonding property with at least the growth factor, has an average molecular weight of about 4,000 to 12,000 and is characterized in that it is bonded with at least one kind of heparin bonding growth factors, the composition for tissue regeneration promotion containing the same as the effective component, the method of manufacturing and the method of using the composition, and the scaffold for regenerative medicine of the growth factor-bonded low molecular weight modified heparin are also disclosed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
