<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and to improve position detection precision of an indicated object in an organic EL display device having a touch panel function. <P>SOLUTION: A display part 10, light source parts 20x and 20y formed along a side of the display part 10 and detection parts 30x and 30y are formed on one and the same substrate and a display panel 1 is constituted. First reflection boards 51x and 51y reflecting light emitted from the light source parts 20x and 20y in a horizontal direction with respect to a light emitting face of the display part 10 and second reflection boards 52x and 52y reflecting light reflected by the reflection boards, leading the light to a rear face of the display part 10 and introducing it to the light detection parts 30x and 30y are formed at both end parts of a storage container 50 of the display panel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
