PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column base fixing metal fitting implement and the column base structure using the same which can easily set a tensile strength of respective anchor bolts and which can keep durability against the oscillation of a column resulting from vibration. SOLUTION: A base plate 18 charged to an anchor bolt 13 is fasten and fixed by a washer 21 and a fixing metal fitting 22. The fixing metal fitting 22 is formed of a nut member 26 and a plate spring member 27. In the member 26, the upper screwing part, the intermediate fracture, and the lower fixing part are formed. When the screwing part is fastened by the fastening tool, a fracture set in a prescribed shearing strength is broken, and in the broken condition, a prescribed tensile force is given to the anchor bolt, and the fixing part and the screwing part developing a locking effect likewise a double nut, a tensile force given to the anchor bolt is kept.
