PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing multilayer mold goods, which affords a crimp consistency, does not exhibit a white breach, and can avoid damaging mechanical profiles of foam materials, above all does not cause cracking or stiffening of a foamed film, when using foam laminates. SOLUTION: The method comprises; embossing a multilayer film laminate, which is composed of an upper film using a polymeric material partially cross linked and containing an additive as needed, especially a polyolefin, as a base, and at least one lower layer; treating with electron ray to get a proper crimp consistency in a deep drawing process; and deep drawing the processed multilayer film laminate into a crimped multilayer film laminate. The method is characterized in that said at least one lower layer is formed with a foamed polymeric material with a density of about 35 to 120 g/l and a gel content of 80% or lower, preferably about 30 to 70%.
