PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a portable device body at a given standing angle with a liquid crystal display in its front face without impairing portability and causing disfigurement. SOLUTION: In the portable device with the liquid crystal display 2 in its front face, a supporter 24 for keeping the portable device body at the given angle in a position where the body has been turned by a prescribed angle is attached to a backside of the body.
