PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable-quality lens driving device capable of focusing a lens and an imaging device while maintaining the positional relation of a driving means. SOLUTION: In the lens driving device 1, a moving lens body 10 is constituted of a lens barrel 10b equipped with a lens 14 and a lens barrel holder 10a supporting the lens barrel 10b movably in the direction of an optical axis 11. Then, the holder 10a has a driving magnet 16, and a case body 24 supporting the lens body 10 movably in the direction of the optical axis 11 has 1st and 2nd driving coils and also the end face 27 of an internal barrel part 26b and the projecting edge 36 of an internal barrel part 42b regulating the moving range in the direction of the optical axis 11 of the holder 10a. The moving lens body 10 is moved by the magnetic attractive force or the magnetic repulsive force of the magnet 16 and the 1st and the 2nd driving coils. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
