PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent duct with high operation reliability for a vehicle capable of suppressing sound pressure in a frequency range of a comparatively wide range and being miniaturized. SOLUTION: This vent duct 1 is provided with a duct body 2 having a frame body 20 arranged at an outline 9 of a vehicle and having vent holes 201a and 201b opened outward of the vehicle and valve elements 21a and 21b for openably/closably covering the vent holes 201a and 201b, a communicating part formed integrally or separately with/from the duct body 2 and arranged on the vehicle inside of the duct body 2 to communicate with the vent holes 201a and 201b and the inside of a cabin so that air at the inside and outside may pass through, a sound absorbing chamber 303, and an air ventilating member 31 for closing a transmission port 302 to communicate the communicating part with the sound absorbing chamber 303 so that ventilation may be performed.
