DIAMOND BIT FOR BOTH BORING HOLE AND GRINDING BORED HOLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond bit for both boring a hole and grinding the bored hole capable of boring the hole and grinding the bored hole at once with the same diamond bit and capable of boring and grinding a deformation hole without requiring replacement of the diamond bit. SOLUTION: The diamond bit for both boring a hole and grinding the bored hole has a plurality of diamond tips 2 for boring attached to a front end circular ring of a cylindrical metal body 4 and a rotary shaft attachment hole 5a formed in a dome-shaped portion at a rear end. In the diamond bit, one or two or more diamond tips 3a for grinding are attached to a side of the cylindrical body 4. The diamond tips 3a for grinding are rectangular solids and are situated so that directions of longer sides 10-1 of the tips 3a are arranged parallel to a direction of the rotary shaft and a turning radius b/2 of an outermost end of the diamond tips 3a for grinding becomes equal to a turning radius a/2 of an outermost end of the diamond tips 2 for boring.
