PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding case which can be manufactured easily and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding case for shielding an unwanted electromagnetic wave includes a bottom plate almost in a plate shape allowing thereon the arrangement of an object to be accommodated, at least one or more side plates which are formed totally almost in the plate shape allowing a hole bored almost at the center thereof, stacked on the upper surface of the bottom plate to surround the object to be accommodated arranged on the upper surface within the internal circumference side of the hole, and an upper cover which is totally almost in the plate shape and stacked on the side plates to form an internal space to accommodate the object to be accommodated in cooperation with the bottom plate and the side plates.
