PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure heating performance of a low temperature terminal in the simultaneous use of a high temperature terminal and the low temperature terminal. SOLUTION: This hot water heating apparatus is provided with a hot water conveying pump 1 for circulating hot water to a terminal radiator; a heating device 2 for heating hot water; a high temperature sensor 6 for detecting the outlet side temperature of the heating device 2; a low temperature bound temperature sensor 24 for detecting the temperature of a low temperature water mixed with high temperature water supplied from a high temperature water bypass circuit 9, and supplied to the low temperature terminal 17; and a water quantity control valve 25 for regulating a water quantity not passing through the heating device 2, upstream of a confluence part of a low temperature water supply circuit 4 and the high temperature water bypass circuit 9. The water quantity control valve 25 is controlled based on the detected temperature of the low temperature bound temperature sensor 24 to secure a predetermined low warm water temperature.
