摘要 FIELD: optical fiber production; cable industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has at least first and second nozzles mounted on the same level in relation to optical fiber to have the same distance from it. Nozzles are oriented to cross the mentioned part. Device also has inert gas source, optical fiber diameter and displacement contact-free laser detector, optical fiber tension computing unit, gas flow controlled speed regulator, controlled gas valves, harmonic signal oscillator, functional converter, unit for determining harmonic signal polarity, multiplier, and integrator. Output of harmonic signal oscillator is connected with input of gas flow controlled speed regulator which has output connected with input of gas flow controlled speed regulator. Input of unit for determining harmonic signal polarity is connected with output of harmonic signal oscillator and output of the unit is connected with input of first controlled gas valve and with input of inverter. Output of inverter is connected with input of second controlled gas valve. First input of multiplier is connected with harmonic signal oscillator; the second input of multiplier is connected with second input of contact-free laser detector. Output of multiplier is connected with input of integrator which has output connected to first input of optical fiber tension computing unit. Second input of computing unit is connected with first output of contact-free laser detector. Signal of measured tension of optical fiber comes from output of laser detector. ^ EFFECT: increased precision of measurement. ^ 2 dwg
