CONTROL VALVE TYPE LEAD STORAGE BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life control valve type lead-acid storage battery with little fear of liquid leak and little degradation of electrolyte solution due to stratification. SOLUTION: By using an electrode plate with a size in a height direction of an anode plate 2 made larger than that of a cathode plate 1, each ear part 18 is welded to form an electrode plate group. Here, at a bottom face part of each cathode plate 1 with the smaller size in the height direction, a separator 3 is made to exist as an electrolyte solution retainer 10.
