PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the attachability/detachability of a transfer roller unit having a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: A transfer means is the roller member, in which an elastic body is wounded around a rotating central shaft, and has the rolling bearing and a cover member in the rotating central shaft of the transfer means. In the cover member, a handle shape is formed integrally. The cover member is made of a conductive material for applying a transfer current or a transfer voltage.
